On the Eve of UFL Sunday, I figured we could take a look at who has the edge at QB for the week 3 battle between the Michigan Panthers (1-1) and the Houston Roughnecks (0-2).
Houston’s Sinnett has yet to start a game, only coming in for relief as QB1 Galvantula got injured.
Well I would have loved to see the Panthers Defense have to adjust to the electric web slinger, it looks like we have to settle for Sinnett.
I mean it’s pretty easy for me to sit here and say we have the edge. While Reid has found himself on multiple NFL teams, mostly P.Squad, he has very little competitive snaps taken after his lone year as a starter at the Univeristy of A Whales Vagina San Diego.
Our EJ Perry “Big Brain” Perry started 4 years in College, 3 years for an IVY LEAGUE school. Mean while Sinnett was only offered preferred walk-on status for Multiple Ivy League schools. He opted to sit the bench for 3 years at Sandy Cheeks San Diego probably knowing he wouldn’t be able to compete with the Elite EJ Perry’s of the Ivy League.
EJ Perry is a former East-West Shrine Game MVP, while Sinnett threw for 9/16 93 yards in his Senior Showcase game. As the swaggy kids from 2010 would say NUFF SAID!
But I will go on just a touch more, about how great our EJ Perry is. Did you know the rumor was EJ stands for Ewhite Jmichaelvick??? You may see Brown University and think EJ is just another white dork from Massachusetts who likes “them apples”, but you would be wrong. This kid is a baller.
In 2022 he was invited to the NFL Combine and recorded the highest athletic rating for any QB. The same year Matt Corral, Desmond Ridder, Malik Willis, and Sam Howell were all coming out of college.
I expect another fleet of foot performance from Perry. While the Panthers Defense puts Sinnett where he is most comfortable on his butt, either of the turf or the bench.
